whats the best software to convert FLV ( flash vid) to 3gp ?

I think Super can do that. I used it a few weeks ago to convert episodes of Still Game which I recorded on my DVD recorder so I could stick them on a M2 card for my K800i. Worked a treat.

But can't remember if it does flv, i suspect it does tho.
