FLV Video

I have an flv video but when it is embedded into a web page its just the player, with a play arrow in the middle.

I want to have the first frame of the video with the play button overlaid, is this possible?

It depends on the player you're using.

I tend to use JWPlayer which lets you specify an image in the initialisation script to use as the initial frame.

Sorted it by using flashvars but I can't get the flashvar duration to work now on JWPlayer.

I usually use flowplayer and you can either set an inital image, or use the actual first frame.
