Just got back from holiday and our flight was massively delayed on the return leg (approx 8 hours). It was also delayed on the way out but because that delay was split (delayed boarding, take off and taxi at the other end) and we all had pre-holiday excitement I'm not 100% sure how much time it was delayed by.
However I can find neither flights on sites like Flight Stats, the airport or airline.
We flew Norwegian between LGW/GNB on 20/27 Feb, flight numbers D89690 (10:35 - 13:15) and D89691 (13:55 - 14:30) respectively.
How can I find out the delay for the outbound flight just to check? We're obviously making a claim for the return but I just want to make sure the outbound wasn't over 3 hours as well.
The flights were booked via Skiworld as a package; do we need to involve them during any part of the claim (I have no booking reference for Norwegian for example to make the claim online) or not?
Anything else I need to know for a first time claimer?
Thanks in advance.
