Flying Goose Sriracha: Other Flavours

Firstly, if you haven't tried it Flying Goose Sriracha do it! It's is the spicy, garlicy chilli sauce of the gods. It's awesome, goes with everything and is on sale in the UK.

If you have tried it, then you already know how good it is but have any of you managed to find any of the other flavours? any good? I really want to try each one but I can't find most of them anywhere, in the shops, on the net - nowhere. I've managed to find a few on their own dotted around but most are usually out of stock.

The flavours are:

Normal - Green Cap
Garlic - Beige Cap
Onion - Purple Cap
Ginger - Yellow Cap
Sour - White Cap
Lemongrass - Lime Green Cap
Galanga - Orange Cap

And one that isn't on the pic,
Super Hot - Red Cap

If anyones got any ideas where to get them let me know

Awesome I've just bought myself a bottle of the garlic and the ginger one from sushisushi, and Ive seen they have the extra hot for sale in chinaminimarket, both uk based.

These sauces are proving to be pretty elusive!

Ah nice, hadn't seen it in Tesco, have to try one of the bigger stores.

I'm glad are few of them are popping up. Strange that nowhere seems to have all or even most of the range in one place. I'm making sushi on the regular atm so I'm hoping to find a few of the obscure ones like lemon grass and galanaga too, could be awesome

Well folks happy to report the Garlic and Ginger ones arrived and they are gooood!

The ginger one is much more subtle than the garlic. Been using it on sushi so far and it's really moreish. Still get the flavour of the original sriracha but with a refreshing hint of ginger at the end which lightens the aftertaste. I'm planning to throw a bit in a stir fry, and use it to make a glaze for some pork belly

The garlic one, as FrenchTart said, has a huge hit of garlic but it is very tasty. Used it quite sparingly in a tomato based pasta sauce and it pepped it up lovely. The garlic flavour really punches through and the chilli brought the tomatoes out great. Also put a dab in a dark ale Welsh rarebit and it was awesome, complemented the mustard very well.

The original one was fantastic as a dipping sauce or for anything where you wanted a bit of fire with a lot of flavour. I wholeheartedly recommend using it on pizza, as a steak side and for brightening the flavour of a Chilli con carne (a dash of sriracha and a few chunks of dark chocolate give it a really rich flavour)

Yep, worth noting the above are made in the states.

Not quite but I do understand the confusion. The rooster brand (Huy Fong) is made stateside, and tends to be the only one you can get in the US. The awesome oatmeal comic refers to that one, but the concept is the same as these. The flying goose brand (Nhan Con Ngong Bay) is made over in Chonburi, Thailand and exported by Exotic Foods group to the rest of Asia, Europe etc. There are loads of other brands that make and sell sauce labeled sriracha as its more a type of sauce than a brand, like our Worcester sauce.
