Flying simulator/fighter

Just got my self a joystick so now I need some games to use it with

I remember years and years ago I played something to do with apaches on my first ever PC and it was fun so looking for something like that again.

Only requirements are that the graphics are good and its something I can get into quickly, I don't wanna have to spend hours learning how to turn the engine on and take off

It is a saitek cyborg evo I have, got it off the MM I thinkits a fairly basic one.
That apache one might even be a remake of the game I was thinking of! Will have to give it a try!
