flyout menus am i missing something

hi,
When i go to http://www.communitymx.com/content/source/55A69/flyout1-demo.html and copy the source,and try running it fro our webserever it works with every browser except IE, its fine in opera and firefox,
if i run it in IE directly from that site it works off the web.
im experimenting with flyouts and want to use this as a tutorial.
any ideas

Did you grab the .htc file for IE too?

It is referenced in the rule:
