Anyone got it?

£7 for those who don't.

Seems canny though picking up a lot of injuries ATM, half my team are out on a handful of games in.

I really want do but I can see my life suffering :p

Although it doesn't kill your battery as much as other games, you can easily lose just as much time on this as you can on the full game.

Very much a stripped down version, its a bit like the old CM before the split as well.

Nooooo this game is the bane of my life, and I don't even play it.

(Guy in the office is obsessed).

I am tempted to buy, but I remember wasting hours on the PC when Championship Manager was all the rage.

Been on it solid since 5pm, completed my first season, lost one game in the league as Newcastle and won the LC.

Can't buy anyone apart from Robert Huth for £5m, though i sold colo for £4.2m and got rid of his mental £85kpw wages.

Need a LB, game seems a bit slim of decent ones, just want a back up for Enrique, not a replacement.

Shola, Nolan, Smith, are all miles better than RL so im keeping them and even playing them. Ugh.

The screen is a bit small for long sessions but it's a decent game apart from that. An iPad version would be amazing!

whats the verdict sports fans, is it worth getting? :p

Interface: 8
Features: 8
Graphics: 8
Database: 6.5
Playability: 9
Addictiveness: 10

Overall:8/10

Missing players, unbalanced stats are really the only thing holding this back, hopefully something that can easily be addressed in an update if they wanted too.

It could do with a couple more tactical options but due to the stripdown it has more playability and fun than the full PC version. It's like CM3 more than FM 20??, and that to me is a working combo on a smaller screen.

I craved in and bought the game this morning. Enjoying it so far, passes the time at work nicely :D

I played a friendly and had my right back sent off after 17 mins, I couldn't see an option to customise tactics, I wanted to play 3 CB's. Is it not possible to move players?

I also find the picking of the team quite frustrating, would be nice if you could just click on the little icon next to a player to pick them, rather than going to the tactics screen adn selecting where you want them to play.

Can someone do me a favour? Can you take a screenshot of the Millwall squad and post it here?
Before I pay £7 for it I want to make sure no players are missing that would **** me off. :D

Definitely worth it although you will certainly end up intending to play for 5 or 10 minutes and still be sat there hours later. :)

I've never played any of the football management games so I have nothing else to compare this to. I might buy the PC version through Steam and see how they compare and I have to say there are certain elements that I find rather fiddly to use the touch screen with. For example, selecting your starting eleven. I sometimes drag a name and it ends up replacing a player with a complete random player that my finger was nowhere near. Also it seems to be a bit unstable, mine has frozen a fair few times but at least it's got a half decent auto save. :)

One other thing that annoys me is that I can't seem to find where to swap players around while in a match. At half time I changed my formation to a more attacking style and it ended up putting Andrey Arshavin as a holding midfielder, I couldn't find any options to move him around which was frustrating to say the least.

I agree with your points, the amount of times I've tried putting a sub DC in for another DC and he replaces the keeper, it gets very frustrating.

I enjoy the game but maybe I expect too much, I want a bit more depth, all I seem to be doing is constantly continuing throughout the season. I find results to be very random also, one minute I'm beating the top side then next game losing to the bottom.

I do probably expect too much from a iPhone game i guess, but then I did fork out a whopping £6,99 on it!

Yep I agree with that point, the results seem really random. Managing Arsenal I beat Chelsea and Man Utd in my first games and then lost to Sunderland. Still can't find a way to swap players around during the match either!!

If I have to nitpick I'd say it's a bit of an annoyance that they don't have the full license but its not a huge deal. Especially as it's an iPhone game. :)
