FM2 or FM2+?

Hello,
My friend would like to build a PC and he wants to have a Athlon x4 750k black edition and it says that it is a socket FM2 CPU but will it fit in a FM2+ MoBo and if so what are the benefits?

It will fit in a FM2+ socket board, FM2+ socket boards also support Kaveri APU's.

Thanks for the reply, he wants to go with a 750ti so he will not be using a APU. Could you recommend a good MoBo for this CPU at a max of £70?

He would like a small build so either mITX or mATX but there seems little choice for mITX.
