Focus ST Bumper help

Hi i have a standard 09 Focus ST

i have been looking for mods and i saw this really nice car on pistonheads and i want to mimic it.

i can see that it has a Black Bonnet Lip Moulding but am unsure about the black on the bumper. can someone tell me what that is?

Looks like its just been sprayed gloss black? Quite a common mod in Ford ST's including my Fiesta ST as they all use horrible grey plastics.

Could be a wrap

Its vinyl wrap. I have it on my ST. Brought from DMB for £5. Cut to shape when fitting.

Yeah looks like vinyl.
