Hi
Do you (normally) use auto or manual?

I personally can never get as good results with manual as i can with auto. Viewing a scene in a small viewfinder just isn't helpfull...

Auto unless AF fails me, like when trying to focus on a solid colour or when it's very dark.

it really depends on what i'm shooting as to whether i use the AF or not.

If I'm doing macro or still life I'll use manual and actually move the subject or the camera to get the final focus. Everything else is AF, when your using a MkII there's no point in trying to second guess it

I find if its dark and i use manual I can't see it, anyway. And auto in dark conditions is just as bad ...
