Folder contents preview - clearing the cache?

Hi guys,

I regularly use a few folders that give me a preview of files that have long since moved or been deleted...

See:

This particular folder previews a Bloc Party single I bought in around 2007

Any idea on how to clear/refresh? - that file (.mp3) hasn't been in that directory (and multiple successive versions of Windows) for years!

There’s a method to do it for the thumbnail cache also within that article but I'm thinking it’s the icon cache.
