Folder Help

Heya guys I am trying to free up some space on me dads computer and was wondering if its ok to delete everything in c:\documents and settings\john\temp ?

nah i think it all just builds up lol.

I dont think anything really saves to there anyway apart from internet stuff and installation files for when a program is installing but thats just a guess hehe.
