Folder Security Problem?

Hey!

Well basically my XP messed up the other night, so Ive installed XP on another HD and Plug my other in so I can get all my programs and documents back.

Now my problem is I can't access my Account Folder on my other HD, I get "Access Denied", now I've been into Safe Mode and can't get any further forward..

So any suggestions?

I really don't want to loose all my photo's etc..
