Ive tried moving it, deleting it several times obviously to no avail, also some command prompt thing suggested through google didn't do anything either.
I delete the file it appears in the recycle bin but everytime the computer is restarted the folder will be back on the desktop, it only had a few pictures in it, wasn't a system folder or anything special.
Any suggestions - preferably without downloading 3rd party software Cheers
