Folders/Files Needing Permission Changes To Either Copy/Move

Am getting the following error when I try to copy/move a folder or file within a folder on a HDD to another HDD on the same comp:

This has only just started happening yesterday, there have been no changes made to any security seetings on this HDD or any other HDD on the comp. I did change SATA leads about on 3 other HDDs on the comp to try and track down a fault, but the SATA lead was not touched on the HDD that this problem is with.

Any suggestions how to remedy this?
