yer but it did the pogs fine, just changed threads from -1 (let it decide how many) to 16 and its running ok now :)

35mins for a cpu wu seem ok?

Pogs will have been one WU per core. Folding is using all cores together. That places a different strain on the CPU and other requirements, and might expose a weakness in the overclock that Pogs didn't have to deal with. See what your fix of setting the threads does longer term...

yer ok, will keep an eye on it, noticed its only running 99.8% load tho, pogs ran at 100%, only at 4.4 atm was gona have a play with it sometime but this folding lark gives no time to play lol

Gota get out to work, will have team viewer running tonight to keep an eye on it while i drive round !

The folding client can fluctuate a bit, less than 100% is normal. I think that is because the crunching of the WU has to progress evenly across all the available cores so there is some balancing going on rather than say boinc which isn't multithreading so each core there can go individually flat out.

Running fine , no problems, Funny tho , after the first couple of quick wu`s that took 35 mins each its now giving me wu`s that take 9/10 hours each, hope they worth as many points in the end lol
