I'm trying to get the GPU running on 64bit vista. Its bring up the standard message about the d3dx9_30.dll file being missing. So I've reinstalled DX to get the file. That, along with a bunch of other dx9 dll's seem to be in place, but I'm getting the same error about the file not being found. Anybody point me in the direction of the correct hammer to repair it?

The latest DX9 Redistibutable should install this file.
Regrading signed drivers.... No. Why would I need to do this?
The file appears to be installed. It wasn't there originally I installed a DX9 Redistibutable as suggested on the folding website. The file is now on my system, but I still get the same error.
