News! Well nearly, the increase is off until next week and the week is about a day short so your points will be a bit less than expected. Tiffys should be fine though! :p

Next week it should all be ok *touch wood*, apologies again for it being out of action for so long.
 
yay the news! i've just past 10,000,000 :D. i might slow it down a bit now. i think i'll go for 145k a day.

Got 2 machine folding again as it's getting cold. Just sticking with CPU folding for now as it produces enough heat without being noisy (reference cooler on a GTX 680 is too noisy :eek:)

Got a 4690k @ 4.5Ghz going full time and a 4930k @ 4.6 part time

what ppd do you get from them?
 
did you get lonely on boinc stan? lol

just looking now at the EOC stats and noticed ocuk are 23, wasn't they 22nd a little while back? also these new gtx 970s ( when Maxwell works with folding ) have been seen to do 300k ppd for 1 card!!! insane

how you get it down to 6£? the 3 cards take 500watts(manufacturers figures ) cpu+system must do another 150
so 650w x 24 hr = 15.2 units a day at 12.5 pence a unit =£1.95 a day x7days =£13.65 a week=£54.60 a month=£655 a year
unless i cocked the math up
ps are all the cards in 1 pc or 2?

2 pc's. they weren't all folding 24/7 because i did play games and had a couple of days testing gpu's. also until last Thursday the internet round here was pretty dodgy and went off every now and then, but now it is reliable and fiber :D
 
looks like just about every ones ging to zip past me with my 0ppd output, suppose i should really sort somthing out to hold you pesants back lol:p

i remember paying £200 for 2 gtx 470s for 40k ppd & now for 200 id pick up 2 7950/7970s!!!! for 200k ppd

its surprising how many people have stopped folding, i remember at one stage team 10 was doing 6 milliom ppd with around 55 users or somthing which when working out on a person to points ration worked out very well. Loudbob vanished who did crazy numbers but then im not surprised with his £300 a month electric bill.
