Another good week, I'm running out of original things to say here now, but we are doing better than last week again, so all good! :p

I'm going to have some down time this weekend to overclock my sandybridge rig, I've got myself one of these to put in to control the fan speeds on the rad. I did just have 5V converter cables but I reckon the fans can go a bit faster with out creating that much noise which should help temps when overclocking.

Anyone know what the best stress test to dertermine stability for folding on sandybridge is?

I'm using IBT at the moment, had it on standard and it was fine, changed it to maximum and it blue screened.

Looks like the max overclock I can get is 4.5Ghz, couldn't get it fully stable at 1.35v on 46 multiplier and I don't want to go much over that voltage for 24/7.

1.304v at 4.5Ghz though so I'm happy with that. Running through standard SMP units at the moment and if it survives the night I'll switch back over to bigadv. Temps are at 66.

Normal SMP was ok but within minutes of bigadv it crashed :(

Voltage up to 1.328, fingers crossed!

So far so good 4% at the moment!

At the moment Ive picked up a P6900, time per frame is 28:56 which HFM gives as 55,180 PPD :D :D

Nice tiffy :)

Remember a while ago my 260 died? I got the RMA replacement through today - 460 :D
