Thanks for the reminders - keep up the good work everyone, especially you nagging folk :D

The output is down a little from last week's news post but that was over about 7.5 days compared to just 6.5 days this time around - so the only slacker was me :p

Congrats tiffy winners and welcome to the new peeps - I'm expecting another new member next week who may cause quite a stir in the lower cells ;)

ahhhh it is the same Mad Pierre - you really confused me when i did the news as excel was telling me you were a new member but the name was too familiar and i had to check it twice :p

hehe i don't need a gold medal - if i had one i'd just pawn it and put it towards an X2 so i could try and regain a place or two in the rankings :p

i'm glad people like the news, it doesn't take me too much time and people seem to look forward to it so that's all good :) some credit has to go to good ol' slackworth really as it's his Seti news posts that gave me the idea in the first place

anyway let's get on with the Folding :p

my GF lost a WU tonight - was sitting here watching some tat on the TV when ***kerzapppp*** darkness ensued, hmmm odd

who'd forgotten to check the credit on the leccy meter then? :o

my WU started from where it was but the GF's must have been checkpointing at the time (what are the chances eh?) and had to start from the initial package - luckily it wasn't a 600-pointer and although it was about 70% done it was only about 10 hours of crunching i think :)

What is your GF?
my GirlFriend :p
obviously she didn't lose the WU - it was her XP2400+ (stock as the motherboard cost me a tenner and it shows :o)

hehe sorry bad habit of too much online chatting :o

we get £20 worth of cards and stick them all in at the time, that usually lasts us about 3 weeks (would probably do you about 3 days  ) but since we've both been working time just flies and before you realise it you're sitting infront of a non-working tv in the pitch black :p

we have talked about getting it put back to a normal meter now we're both back at work but apparently it's not any cheaper (though i think it must be a tiny bit less really) and i'd much rather see how much we're getting through - just have to make a point to check it more often

still havent worked out what "lol" means.
laugh out loud - so now you know :)

in my case all my output is from home machines, mine and my girrrrlfriends' machines here and 2 machines i left back at my parents house when i left there and my dad's machine which isn't on as much as it could be

that does me good for 3-4,000 points a week usually, depending on how lucky i get with the WUs - i'd give it all for an overclocked X2 :p

it's quite unusual how it came to an EUE not long after it was restarted - it's also odd that it happened on a WU that was such a high generation (Gen 23) since most EUE's tend to happen in the first couple of generations - however that could all be coincidental

i wouldn't remove the -forceasm flag as all that will do is switch to painfully slow loops should anything happen - it would be far better to back off any slightly unstable overclock if it appears to be causing problems

as everyone else has said - keep an eye on your logs for the next week or so for anything unusual

yep congrats on topping the stompers chart last week :)

even though they are all inactive i thought it was still fair that the new peeps should get included - slacky never used to in his Seti Classic stats but as we only have a handful of new members each week i thought what the hell :p

hehe - i would say set them up in your own name - or in a dummy name if you're worried about your team mates finding out  :p

i guess you could choose an inactive and fold under their name - not sure if they would mind that or not but hey....I won't tell them if you don't :D
