Laptop has a GT230M card and games very well.
Just started folding on it but am aware that shaders count for more than memory/core clock speeds when it comes to folding.

Any suggestions on how how to adjust the speeds to benefit F@H?

Current settings are:
Memory clock: 680
Core clock: 450
Shader clock: 990

Never underclocked so am a bit stuck!

The conventional folding wisdom is to reduce the memory and core clocks slightly and up the shaders as far as they will go.

But I would avoid folding too much on a laptop, the main problem is that it is hard to get rid of the heat on a laptop and that could cause problems or damage components.

I posted the 8800GSs today so they should be with you soon :)
