well finally got all the bits together, its currently got just an 8800GT 512mb going in there, which has boosted output nicely.
however just bought the following off MM:

2 x 8000gt 256mb
1 x 8800gts 512mb

so with this lot and my GTX285 running, i should be seeing about 25k ppd! :D

All these new GPU's should be installed and running early next week.

the MSI board with 4x PCIe slots in plus 850w zalman psu and rest all pretty basic. 2gb cheap ram, 4400+ cpu, 320gb hdd, basic case but with 2 x 12cm fans, trying to see how i can get some more in.

what sort of shader speed is a g'teed safe overclock on these cards?

got the current 8800gt running at 1750 on the shaders, havent tried any higher.
