If a client it interrupted, is there anyway to save the WU?

I ask since my HT machine just got interrupted at 94% on both WUs (which had taken days ) and on restarting Folding it said it couldn't continue and downloaded another couple of WUs.

Is there any way I can get it to finish off the old one which it spent ages on? I bet I've just lost a stack of points. Even worse, my mini mac farm has fallen upon a dry spell since its network access has gone fubar, so I can't send/receive any work.

Nope, once it detects that the simulation is borked there's nothing to be done about it.

Generally when something goes wring it will stop working and either start over again, send what it has completed for partial credit, or delete it and download a different WU.

On the odd chance it hasn't been deleted you could stop the client and run it again with the -queueinfo argument and check how many WUs are in the quque.
