Font Manager

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good font manager program.

For installing and previewing fonts outside of applications such as Photoshop. The windows interface for batch installing is so cumbersome (in case of duplicates), and it's be nice to have a file explorer type manager.

I use Extensis Suitcase only because I couldn't find anything better out there. I'm still searching.
The only thing I would really really like is the ability to search the fonts when I'm looking for a particular one.

That's easily the best Windows font manager at the moment. I've heard good things about Linotype's FontExplorer as well, so hopefully they'll get the Windows version released soon.
