All I am doing is trying to increase the font size in firefox for my old eyes.

I've set it to 14 but the panel where you log in on the forum drops down too much.

Have you tried holding down CTRL and then scrolling the wheel on your mouse? Mine increases the font and keeps it neatly up there, then again I am using Chrome - maybe a suggestion?

Just tried it in Firefox, zooming in works and doesn't have the problem OP is facing.

But it's so big :o.

Another alternative would be to get a monitor with less pixel density?

Yeah tried zooming myself but it zoom doesn't stay when opening another browser which is a bit if a pain.

This is on my new Samsung S23A350H, going from a Agneovof419 it's probably something my eyes need to climatise with.

Might be worth trying Chome them, in the settings you set a constant Zoom level and it says whether you close the browser or open new tabs.

Chrome > Firefox anyway (haters gonna hate)

you could try and adjust windows text (dpi) setting that way text overall is bigger, I do this since I look quite far back on my screen and large fonts is the way to go...

Have you tried setting the font size under Tools/Options/Content Select Advanced (next to Font size).Untick- Allow pages to use their own. Then set Mininum font size (up to 24)

If you have Windows 7 you always have the magnifier. Press the 'Windows key' and '+ key' It gives you a few options such as full screen, docked and lens. I use this when text is really small. It would do the perfect trick for you too. :)
