D'you mean narrow as in "a small horizontal distance between the point and the two ends of the symbol", or narrow as in "drawn as if using a fine-tipped pen"?
If it's the first one, you've not got much choice. The narrowest I could find was for Franklin Gothic. But the problem you've got is that the symbol is inherently pretty square [otherwise it stops being seen as a greater/less than symbol].
Actually, you're also pretty much out of luck if you meant the second definition - Candara, perhaps? None I've seen have the fine-lined elegance; you only really see those with pro fonts with a broad range of weights.
EDIT: Ah, you meant the first one Not going to have much joy, though, by the looks of it. If you're trying to employ them as link pointers, maybe there's a font-substitution/iconfont/graphic solution?
