Foobar Mouse Shortcuts

I've had a google, but does anyone know if some sort of plugin exists for this?

I just want to use the side buttons on my Deathadder to skip tracks.

Any ideas? I can vaguely remember the Razer software allowing you to create macros with the buttons but I cant see where to do it.
