Food/drink festivals for July? (South East)

Looking for something, similar to Taste which I missed, or a bit different really...something on the larger scale.

Any obvious ones spring to mind?

Food festivals are frustrating. Everything looks so good, you want it all, but you can only eat so much in a few hours

Week late, but there is the chilli festival first weekend in August in West Dean North of Chichester. Never been but only heard good things.

You've got Canterbury food & drink festival in Sept, which is OK...
Anything I've ever done SE and South Coast up has been alright but has never had the wow factor.
Can never understand why the stalls at these events do not offer sample tasters, rather than a meal sized portion and no more reading for a few hours. I'd love to try 5 out more different stalls at a £ or 2 rather than £8 and full for a few hours.

They stopped the chilli festival a couple of years ago.
