As I have been in gym training for some time. I need to find some new idea's for food, and also make better use of the foods that I am not soo keen on. So I have used a dish similar to a quiche, but without the pastry, but still full of good things that will help me towards my goals
Here is the ingredients:
3 Eggs
300g Natural Cottage Cheese
1 Tin of Tuna
1 Packet of King Prawns
1 Packet of Mussels
Salt & Pepper
Chilli's
You can pick and choose what you want, I some times go for Salmon instead of the Tuna
So first off, get yourself a little dish and the ingredients together.
The simply put in the Eggs, the cottage cheese, and season well, if you want.
mix well till it looks like this little mess
Add the tuna, prawns and the mussles
Then place it in the oven for 25 mins at 175c or Gas mark 4. You will end up with a yummy golden brown dish like mine.
