Foods that need to have ******* off spring

Too hammered to operate Google, I assume?
It's not a bad idea, but there are already dozens of recipes out there and I'm pretty sure I've seen it on the menu at one of our local places....

As for eureka moments, I get that about 50% of the time I'm cooking. The only downside is that they tend to occur after I've already started, so while the dish itself comes out utterly fantastic, it was done on the fly so I rarely recall exactly what I did and in what measures to make it so impressive.
