im a big fan of the fm games played them since champ 02 and i fond out they are bring out an online only Version called football manager live that looks very interesting

Nice idea. Network games on the previous Football Manager games have been nothing short of horrible, if not impossible to set up.

Would be hoping this is a bit easier to configure and play.

I liked the idea of this but in reality how will it work most people just do not have the time.

I don't think SI Games have announced a price yet, but its been said to be about the cost of a few pints a month.

So for your girlfriends, missuses, wives, totty, bit on the side etc, at least you won't be drunk all the time.

It uses a ladder based system afaik... so there isn't a traditional league structure, you play as little or as much as you like against people that are online at the time that you play.
