.. got the job from being very good at the computer game Football manager. I was listening in the car to the saturday football show on LBC radio today and they interviewed this guy who now manages FK Baku (although I thought they might have said AC Baku). Thought I'd mention it anyway. Kind of interesting that someone can get a job like that from just being good at a video game.
 
Wonder if the board will give him 500 million for his transfers on April the first. Also I bet his press conferences get boring after a while with the same responses over and over....
 
I read once that a town in the US had a Mayoral election that was a dead heat. So they played Sim City 3000 for 24 hours of game time and whoever did best got the job.
 
I was listening to a live interview with the bloke and whilst I was only half paying attention I'm sure he is the bloke in change of transfers and not the coach, additionally he got the job which was something to do with his degree. I think the FM stuff was just incidental, at least that was what the bloke was saying.
