Footy games with edit mode?

Hi all
Can anyone recommend a football game where you can edit custom teams and play cpu v cpu? Currently i use the old sensible soccer where you can edit 64 teams but i want to use a more up to date game, as i run a fantasy league.

pro evo 10 and get pes edit patch already has a few leagues selectable like championship bundas etc outside of the normal leagues
but wouldn't you be better off using football manager 2010 ?
