Ive just bought one of these wheels, and Ive contacted Steelseries to ask about a desk mount. They replied by saying "A desk mount for the wheel will be released late summer of this year"

At the moment I have it wire tied to my old ms steering wheel, and I was going to fix it better then that, or make a mount myself, but I may of well wait until the proper ones are released

Its a awesome wheel when its mounted, but when its not its rubbish as you cant game for long until your arms are buggered from holding it in the air.

£85 for the wheel is pretty good I reckon I was expecting it to be a lot more than that (I was actually referring to your new wheel btw) I must say it looks pretty nice :)

Nice sollution. The wheel itself looks quality but I just hate the free floating Wii style idea behind it, mounted on a ffb base it would be great.

Yeah it feels real good qual, and all the buttons have a good positive click when pressed. They have even given you about 2meters of braided cable

Listen how loud the clicks are of the gear change here....... I have no idea how he's using the g27 pedals and force feedback tho, but think on simraceway the game will pick up more then 1 game device thats connected at a time. The wheel is a totally different beast when mounted.

Its a bit quieter then that yeh,, but still its a nice positive click and the paddles at the back are real nice to use. All of the wheel and paddles has a coat of like rubber, even at the back, the only things that feel plastic are the front buttons.

Hi, I know the rotary switches only work in the simraceway game, but does anyone know if they are configurable with something like xpadder or joytokey to function in other games?
