Torture tests.

Small Fft - for CPU only
Large FFT - for maximum heat (usually the hardest test to pass so thats the one I use).
Blend - Memory and CPU

Basicly use the small fft when your trying to find your max CPU speed then once done and your onto memory tweaking use the other two.

12 hours is around the standard time people leave it to run for.
 
Thanks for the response w3bbo, so far I have used the small test. I was also downloading a file and playing AOE3 at 1600 by 1050 with no stutter or problems :D
