For some reason my CPU runs hotter with the side of the case off

:D

And yes, I did calibrate Speedfan against CoreTemp.

Oddly enough though, I do have 2). I have three fans intaking slowly at the front, one outtaking quickly at the top, and one (dual fan setup + radiator) intaking quickly at the rear - so I would've thought there'd be positive pressure inside the case working against the radiator fans. However, good to know it's apparently working as it should anyway :D

I've had to dial back 5% on the folding though :/

Just the i7 - well it's the H50 (currently setting up leaktesting my new WC kit :D)
The CPU temp I'd take with a pinch of salt, I don't really know for sure that that's what it is and it may need adjusting up by ~15ºC anyway. True, I'd forgotten about the PSU and graphics; I have no cards that directly exhaust out the back, although there are a couple of expansion slots open.

Coretemp gives the same temps within a degree as SpeedFan, I calibrated SpeedFan against CoreTemp :) i.e. Core 0 on CoreTemp = Core 0 on SpeedFan, Core 1 on CoreTemp = Core 2 on SpeedFan, etc (as SpeedFan shows each virtual core whereas CoreTemp only shows physical cores)

Thanks for the reassurance Mattus.
