I'm back baby!
I'm after associated equipment. I want something to put down on the garage floor that'll give me some practicing room. Some of that slippery plastic stuff that the dancing bear is on?

Looks like vinyl but I'm struggling to find it.

Is it worth getting pads, etc. to start with? Coming to the sharp end of the footy season and I want to be fully fit.

Anything else I need to ponder?

Cheers

Thankee kindly.

He's on my msn but I've lost him. Need to clear off old contacts.

Thanks for that dude :) It'll be going over carpet thats taped down to concrete using carpet tape. Not sure how I'm going to secure it yet while I'm practicing but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it :)

I've been practicing push ups whilst standing on my head. No idea if this is going to make a difference but my arms are certainly getting stronger.

And lets make no bones at all about it, I'm an absolute n00b when it comes to anything more than simply moving to music and making it up as I go along. Choreographed moves and any dancing that can't be picked up by watching in a club is beyond me.

What clothing is best to be wearing? I don't have any really baggy jeans, worth picking up some cheapies?
