Hi,

Despite searching, I've not managed to quite find a definite answer to my question. Recently, I went and signed up for a year with Premiere Pro and one additional desktop application (£17.15 per month price plan). I'm now starting to think that I chose the wrong app; can you swap the app you don't want with another, or is it a case of having to pay more to add an additional one?

Ta. :)

No idea. But why not just phone up Adobe and ask? You are a paying customer I'm sure they will help you.

I had a similar question about upgrading from a single app subscription to a full suite subscription before the year long subscription had ended. I'm pretty sure Adobe are quite happy to help you spend your money with them :).

Yeah, I could well do that and probably will, eventually; my keyboard was closer to hand than the telephone. :D I just wondered if anyone here knew. :)

I did just try the telephone service; I'm glad it was a free phone number. There's a reason why I don't always like speaking to someone in these instances - and now I remember why. :D

Anyway, it turns out I can't do as I had hoped but that's okay, t'was expected.
