it's like far cry in that respect, so i heard. (edit, i may have either misunderstood you or something i read.. i thought it was about 50 yards from the player not a dungon entrance ect).I do remember that in one of the interviews that the terrain is very detailed when you step out of a city or cave / dungeon but then after about 50 yrds it decreases in detail. But apparently this isn't a problem and still looks great
animated trees too!but the idea that they are pushing is the tree generation and the like and I think thats pretty good by itself.
