Hartage have shoehorned the V10 from the M5 into an e90 330i !

Not being happy with 507bhp, they've extracted another 50 odd horsepower from it!

Stunning, a wolf in not very sheep clothing!

Evo did a mini-review on it a couple of months back. Sounds fantastic, and should look uber once they've finalised its look (think it'll loose the bonnet vents). Absolutely loopy car

Looks better (just) than the e60 though eh?

I'd rather see the V10 in an e39 M5, somebody probably has already done it, alas, not found him/her yet...

It's not finished though. It's a makeshift bonnet at the moment, as the extra height was needed to fit the engine in.

I am all for shoe-horning big engines into small cars, but moving the M5 V10 to a 3 series :confused:

It doesn't look like a sleeper, it probably isn't much lighter either.

If they had shoved it into an E30...

Then the weight distribution would have been apalling, it'd not have handled and they wouldnt have been able to sell it as a brand new car, which is what their business does.

The e90 has grown on me. As stock, it looks unfinished, but the Sport model and other variations are starting to look good.
