I found this site and have been using it for a while now. It's all in the base sauce. I'ts soo easy and quick once you have the base sauce batch cooked.

Yeh i batch cook it using the recipe on that site and like you freeze it in containers enough for 2 curries. My favourite recipe on there is the chilli masalla chicken. I'm going to try a Lamb Dhansak next
