Ok not really expecting anyone to answer this as i have posted this question absolutely everywhere and no one seems to answer or know, some help no matter what it is would make me feel much much better. Ok, the default settings on my monitor are really really bad and i don't own a hardware calibrator. I have calibrated my monitor and created an ICC profile which make it look 100x better, problem is, is that when ever i enter an application (mainly games) the gamma and color values are restored back to defaults. Now my question. Is there any way what so ever to force an ICC profile or color settings so that it works with ANY application??? I have tried color management in Windows 7, looked all over CCC, tried everything in powerstrip (still can't find out how) and am really running out of patience. I know there is a way somehow but i just don't know how. This monitor really looks to be a great monitor but has a large red tint that can only be sorted due to calibration (not a monitor problem, its due to the terrible default settings and wide gamut) Its a HP LP2475w. You don't understand how long i have been trying to solve this, i'd appreciate any help, large or small. Thanks a lot in advance.
