Forced Vsync through nVidia control panel?

Hi

Ive noticed that on some games even though I turn on Vsync or set a max framerate my fps still goes above the 75htz of my TFT, causing tearing. Is it worth setting Vsync to forced on in the nVidia control panel, or is it best to leave it up to the game and just put up with it? It works fine in most games (TF2, HL2, etc) yet not in some (Call of Juarez, Age 3, Ninja Reflex's)

I do set it in game, its just on some it seems to not work and the frames go above 75. If i set it in game and on the panel will that effect games where it usually works fine?

Ok, ill have a go at forcing it through the panel for those games that have it yet dont seem to work, see how I go.
