Forceware 101.70

Well so far so good for me. The hold'em poker finally works (was only a 8800 issue). Also just played 5 maps of BF2, it would normally crash loading the next map :) And the performance seems to be very good! (but not got round to fps yet)

Edit oh and no "the driver has stopped responding" so far...

in nvidia control panel go to display -> change flat panel scaling -> check use nvidia scaling with fixed aspect ratio and save the setting, come out of the control panel completely and go back to the change flat panel scaling screen again and the stupid thing should be back to nvidia scaling without the fixed aspect ratio, basically ignoring any changes made by the user.

do these drivers fix the hardware 1:1 pixel mapping problem?

on my system it does I can change it, apply, exit, and go back in and it is as saved :)

also this seems to be a new contol panel Ive not seen it before and so far all seems to work well.

I've installed, but not yet restarted, so many good songs in the playlist, I don't want to interup it. :(

So it had been 5 hours and I thought great these drivers are all good. So I foolishly tried to start Dreamscape. And the driver started to crash. Bah.

These are still the best drivers by far, just don't use dreamscape. Everything else is ok.

Do these ones support the "classic" style Control Panel interface? I can't stand the new one, it's like the programmer was on crack whilst writing it.

If you do a search there is a simple way of setting it to use the old cp or both. :)

Thanks, for the heads up, will try these, if they fail my x1900xtx goes back in till r600.
