Forceware 158.22's for XP released by Nvidia

That only happened to me because there were still remnants of the previous driver in my system. Once I cleaned those out and reinstalled 158.19 ran with no issues regarding the control panel.
What did you do to get rid of the old drivers?

That used to happen to me if I went into a game's profile and changed AA Mode from "Global Setting" to "Application Controlled" and then went and changed "AA Setting" from whatever value it was set to. The control panel would always crash after that.

I just add/removed the drivers, restarted in Safe-Mode and ran Driver-Cleaner Pro, then restarted normally and installed new ones. :)
I have an entry in the programs list called "Nvidia drivers" and never uninstalled that one as I wasn't sure if that is for the videocard drivers, motherboard drivers or both.

What name do you have under Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel?

When you select to remove the drivers it then asks what ones you wish to remove, Chipset, Gfx or both.

Ah, thanks for that, I will uninstall 158.19 video drivers and install the 158.22 drivers.

Fix the damn scaling option!!

The most infuriating thing is that they fix it i.e 100.87 but then break it again. How hard can it be to get scaling, SLI and no tearing in a single driver?
