No release notes that I can find I'm afraid, I'll probably do a quick 3D Mark with 158.22 and then with 158.27 though if you think it'll help at all? Personally I just want 1:1 pixel mapping to work so I can play some older games.

Decent drivers, in my opinion. I got not WHQL driver signing warning with these ones, which I did with the last "WHQL" ones from the official site, but unfortunately 1:1 pixel mapping is still broken in Windows XP for 8800 cards.

I ran some quick benchmarks with the spec in my sig, but with the GPU at stock.

Driver: 158.22
Overall Score: 9515
SM 2.0 Score: 4051
SM 3.0 Score: 3875
CPU Core: 3107

Driver: 158.27
Overall Score: 9521
SM 2.0 Score: 4054

now if they could just fix the control panel and ntune so i can play with my cards a bit more il be set.

Same, I can't clock with ntune anymore.

Don't want to install Rivatuner either as it might mess up my AA/AF settings, I use nHancer for that.

Newer. I'm pretty sure the 160's didn't pass beta so they went back some.

The last ones I used before buying an 8800GTS were something like 77.75, whatever it was that fixed BF2 compatability on Geforce6 series cards. :eek:

Woo hoo finally some drivers for the 7xxx series. I will test them on my 7600 GT in XP 64 and report back.

very first geforce I had was a geforce 1 sdr. 32mb of ram i think. used to play quake 3 ok when oced.

The drivers seem stable and fast for me. So i'm well chuffed. I have been on the nvidia official ones from november 2006 until now!! Stalker seems to go better which is nice.
