ForceWare 169.02 released

Made especially for the newly-released GeForce 8800 GT, the ForceWare 169.02 is here to stay and bring WHQL certification to all those who will buy the G92 baby. This driver supports the GeForce 6, 7 and 8 series cards (plus the FX series for the Windows XP versions) and it doesn't seem to have any major improvements over the 169.01.


May have fixed the glitches in .01 I hope.

Only 2.06 and for now its a test build, not released.

Sorry I aint installed yet as .01 were so bad and HZ limits etc for me, but I assume RT2.06 will work if I tried as the .01 aint offically supported but do work and its always the same unless Nvidia again change settings.

(Defragging HDD cant do much for now).

Nope, Nvidia not let you choose your actual card model, if you choose 8800GT you get the above driver, if you choose 8800GTX/Ultra you get 163.69.

Must be to give the 8800GT that new Transparent AA.
