Ok just finished running some bench's with crysis but my cpu is a bit of a hold back, average fps with my chip at 2.5ghz was 22.9 and with it at 2.6 it was 27.84 so 5fps for an extra 100mhz is a lot concidering overall FPS.

It's pretty middle of the road results for Crysis though i dont think its really the best game to benchmark to show results for these drivers and my cpu doesnt get the best the game has to offer.
The only other game i have installed is call of duty, any way to bench that? if so ill give it a go.

no they give better performance in games and fix some stability issues the old ones were amazing . They will not help in any benchmarking software.

They may give better performance , but very rarely they do

This is on Vista x64 right? My CPU is at the same speed but I get ~35.79 FPS, only difference I have over you is a slightly OC'ed 8800GTS 512; is that really supposed to give me 8 more FPS?
