So I have a friend's computer and it will not let me do anything. It says the profile is offline and all (correct) passwords are incorrect.
I've tried to reinstall windows using the restore utility, but it said there was an error and wouldn't restore.
I've tried to restore it using specific boot up options, but it says no space on HDD so I need to clear.
So how can I force a fresh install where nothing can stop it from completing? Considering sticking the Windows OS on a bootable USB and restore that way.
Does anybody have an alternative solution that's guaranteed to work?
