Recently upgraded to a new widescreen monitor but as some older games (understandably yet annoyingly) don't do 21.9, I'm left with two lovely black bars on either side of the screen.
Playing through all the AC games again starting with Black Flag and while it does give me the option to select 3440x1440, there's still two black bars. Google'd the issue and other had the same with AC:BF in particular.
I've read the Fallout 4 does the same thing?
Is there a way to mess around with some files somewhere to force the ratio?
